This August 2018, Nancy Rademaker joined Capgemini during the Digital Innovation and Transformation Summer Event at the Serge Kampf Les Fontaines campus just outside of Paris, France. The event marked the launch of the new identity of Capgemini Consulting – Capgemini Invent – and highlighted the importance of digital transformation. During one of the plenary sessions at the event, Nancy Rademaker engaged the audience to think about digital transformation from an outside-in point of view. She presented on the importance of extreme customer centricity in the context of a rapidly changing digital world – a theme central to the professional development of the consultants at the event. Her words resonated with the participants; the concepts she talked about could be heard throughout the week as they were well aligned to the theme of the event.

We don’t invite external speakers that often. In the preparation for a very important event for us, the first MIDI Human Pharma Conference, we were looking for a partner who would fit into the bigger vision of this day and direction we want to inspire, and at the same time surprise us beyond our expectations. Nancy overachieved on that. Important for me was that she was not only interesting but interesTED in where we stand, what we have done so far, and what relevant contribution she can make. As a result we have seen 212 slides in the blink of an eye, the interest was raised in the first 30 seconds and only expanded in the duration of her talk. Nancy Rademaker’s keynote speech about digitalization and Extreme Customer Centricity was the perfect start for our customer event for tissue paper industry leaders.
